With thousands of fly by night directories being created everyday, many often wonder what directories they should submit their sites to. LinKernel is proud to provide webmasters and submitters with a list of top quality web directories.
Please note that LinKernel does not endorse any of these directories except for itself nor has it parterned with any of them. LinKernel's reviewers have visited the directories listed below and have read their guidelines and visited listed sites. In one of his speeches Matt Cutts mentioned how Google views paid links and directories that charge for review fee prior to site inclusion. He had mentioned something called "Value-add" and this list contains directories with that particular quality.
The directories have their own set of guidelines they strongly adhere to and they do refuse many sites too. LinKernel has NOT taken PR into consideration to create this list because PR is variable and the directories at the top of the list do not indicate "the best ones". We urge the users of this list to visit the directories and make their own opinion. Please note that there are many other good directories that exist and that are not listed below.
